We offer flexible scheduling, but our time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Free changes when made more than 24 hours before your appointment

  • $80 fee for any changes made within 24 hours

  • Changes within 3 hours of the appointment will be charged a 3-hour minimum

  • Same-day cancellations are charged the full service amount

  • If the cleaner arrives and cannot access the home, the full charge applies

  • All cancellations and changes must be made through your customer dashboard

  • Notify us within 24 hours if anything was missed

  • Please provide photos of the areas for proper documentation

  • We will return to re-clean the specific missed areas at no extra cost

  • Access instructions must be provided in advance

  • If we cannot enter after arriving, the full service charge applies

  • Pets must be secured for safety

No. Many clients choose to step out and return to a freshly polished space.

  • All payments are securely processed online

  • We accept major debit and credit cards

  • Cash payments are not accepted

  • Notify us within 24 hours

  • We are fully insured and bonded

We will contact you immediately for approval before adding time, if needed

  • 15-minute grace period

  • After 15 minutes, a wait-time fee may apply

  • After 30 minutes, the full service charge may apply

Do you offer refunds?
  • Refunds are not provided for completed work.
  • Re-cleans are available within 24 hours according to our re-clean policy.
  • Cleaners cannot move large, heavy, or fragile items

  • Tall step ladders are not permitted

  • Pets must be secured during service

  • If a pet restricts access to an area, we cannot re-clean that area for free

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Yes, our team arrives fully equipped.
If you prefer specific products, please leave them out for our cleaners.

If a space is unsafe or significantly beyond the expected condition, the team may:

  • Request additional time (with approval)

  • Reschedule the service

  • Decline the job for safety reasons

If the size, layout, or condition of the space differs from what was submitted during booking, pricing and time requirements may change. We will notify you before proceeding if adjustments are needed.
